Checked out the site yesterday, loved how close Nova is to everything in Financial District but still slightly tucked away from the absolute chaos. From an investment point of view, the positioning makes a lot of sense. If execution matches the vision, this could age really well.

Looks like it could become a standout on the Financial District skyline. Waiting to see the final elevation completed, if done right, this could really rule the view here.
Connectivity is honestly one of the biggest strengths, easy access to Gachibowli, ORR, and major IT parks. That said, the internal approach road right now isn’t the best and can get messy during peak hours. If infrastructure improves as expected, this location will be a big win.
The amenity plan looks promising, especially the "Sky 62". It feels like they’re trying to bring something slightly different to the usual high-rise formula. Would love to see how well these are maintained post-handover.
Raghava Projects offers excellent quality and modern design. Nova by Raghava is a well-planned project with great location and amenities. Highly recommended!
