Rajapushpa Cannon Dale Reviews

North and/or South Indian thali. Ambience needs to be good. Can live without biryani  Taste has to be good. No budget limits. Location in Hyderabad. No specific area. Thanks in advance

Excellent villa community at kokapet is at exorbitant prices for Cream of the society only. But I liked all parties at club house with swimming pool and all amenities provided for residents

It is a residential gated community in the proximity to the Financial district of Hyderabad.very nicely maintained. With about thirty villas location, maintenance, fecilities and well cultivated neighborhood among the residents

so today I went to rajthali(basheerbagh) and it was very bland, like really bland, my colleagues and friends suggested that it will be good (if not bad) but i was disappointed and couldn't believe that the thali was such, like they had panner which was synthetic, and sweets were very very sweet, expect lobia & baby potato curry everything else was not worthy of the price can someone suggest some good veg thali restaurants in hyderabad, im not expecting over the top taste, it's more about experience and atleast some value for value

Good villa community with all amenities

We are looking for a house with private corridor kind of units, real useable balconies, good carpet area ratio and spacious projects (like My home Tridasa/Vipina/Udyan projects i.e, like 15-20 acres or more), handover in next 3-4 years.. Went through almost all projects in west, and I had to reject few projects listed below- Prestige Golden Grove - very nice payment plan personally for me, but coming at almost 10k per sft all inclusive, felt not worth for that area..- My Home Udyan - Nice project plans, specs and typical my home layout ofcourse, but adjacent railway track is a sure an issue to live in future.- Anvita High9/Ivana - Specs looks great on paper, but somehow not convinced with floor plans.. Rest all other projects nearby are smaller than these in overall size and not going with those based on family preferences.. So I happened to visit the Rajapushpa Sierra.. somehow it looked good for me, in terms of overall project layout (21acres, 9 towers, 8 flats per floor, with 8 lifts+service lift).. and for 2100sft with the carpet area is 77% (i.e 1622sft) and being the corner and kind of private corridor layout .. Price wise similar to My home Udyan at 7500 per sft base price (with negotiaion a bit that I did not try).. Is it a good project to consider for purely end use ? That being part of lifestyle city, makes any difference ? how is the builder credibility, construction quality, and am ok with tolerating a bit of delays in handover..

Hi everyone, I’m currently in the research phase of buying a flat in Rajapushpa Pristinia (Hyderabad) and wanted to hear from people who already have invested there, or have done detailed research on the project. I’m particularly interested in the 2040 sqft 3BHK configuration, preferably landlord/resale units rather than direct builder inventory. Would really appreciate honest and updated feedback on a few things: Pros & Cons (latest updates)What are the biggest positives and negatives of the project currently? Anything that buyers should definitely know before committing? Canal proximity noticed the project is quite close to the canal. What would be the future impact of this? ( saw reviews on google ) Maintenance quality? For people who have visited frequently or already purchased: Since Rajapushpa has reputation of bad maintenance. 4. Pricing & resale market What is the current realistic price for 2040 sqft units (especially landlord inventory)? Last time I checked was 8999/- psqft Is there any scope of negotiation,? Is there good demand for resale units? I’m planning this primarily for end use, so I’m trying to understand both the livability and long-term risks before making a decision. Would appreciate insights from investors, or anyone who has seriously evaluated the project. Thanks in advance!

Beautiful and small gated community. Human bondings amongst the community members are great. It is an island of serenity amongst the overall real estate and commercial boom in kokapet. For me if there is a paradise , " it is here,it is here....."

Looking for recommendations on buying land for a farmhouse build! My budget is around 80 lakhs to 1 crore per acre for a 3 to 5-acre plot, but I'm open to a smaller size if needed. I'm hoping to build a nice house with some simple farming on the side. Does anyone have experience with this budget and recommendations? I'd also appreciate any recommendations for builders who specialize in selling farmhouses with a decent amount of land. Any advice would be a huge help!

Peaceful gates community with lovely club house. Reasonable rental range and good response from community manager.

Preference is for an OTP (One-Time Payment) deal with a genuine seller who is ready for a smooth and quick transaction. Requirements: 4 BHK or 5 BHK Villa. Direct owner/investor preferred Resale or investor inventory. Clear documentation Ready-to-move or nearing possession If you have a villa available or know of any owners planning to sell, please share the following details: Built-up area Plot size Facing Asking price Possession status Serious buyer. Ready to proceed immediately for the right property.

Hey folks, I am planning to pick up a 3BHK in Rajpushpa Provincia. I liked the location, but I’m a bit skeptical about the service road and traffic around that stretch. I will be living there myself (not just an investment), but I do want the flat to hold its value and appreciate decently in the future too. Couple of things I would love to know from people who’ve checked it out or already bought there: How’s the build quality? Once the builder hands it over, does maintenance/association management usually hold up well? Are the amenities genuinely useful or just for brochure appeal? I also looked at some Aparna projects like Zenon. No doubt, Aparna has great quality and brand trust, but the layouts didn’t fit what I wanted, so Provincia is still on my radar. I have been in Hyderabad a few years, but this is my first property purchase here, so I would really appreciate any feedback, comparisons, or even red flags to look out for.
