Chicha's, I'm a confused Hyderabadi(born & brought up) who hasn't been to Hyderabad in the last 10 years bcoz of education/work, am planning to move to Hyderabad (in 4-5 years; maybe even sooner) for good/worse(?) Need a place to call home... What are y'alls thoughts on Kokapet/Narsingi real estate? Credible? or a trap? The main point is did anyone from this group book a flat in Rajapushpa Pristinia or My Home Apas, if so what are your experiences? Hearing some bad things about Rajapushpa's completion dates (some political shit about Rajapushpa's promoter being a TRS sympathizer) and My Home's construction quality. Pro's of both projects Distace to ORR and IT/software hub Con's of both projects Madafuk'in expensive Last, how are people in Hyderabad even able to afford all this real-estate madness? Secret getting-rich ideas or COVID-era multiple job advantage or just plain and simple black funds?

I recently bought a flat here, and the sales experience was quite positive. Although the progress is a bit slower than I had anticipated, I’m still in a better position than I expected. It’s quite expensive, but the location advantage and the builder’s reputation make it worth it.
Title: Extremely Disappointed with Refund Policy and Poor Communication I had a highly disappointing experience with Rajapushpa Pristinia regarding the refund of my advance payment. Due to unforeseen family reasons, I had to cancel my flat booking. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them, I finally received an email stating that only 50% of the advance I paid would be refunded, and that too after a 3-month waiting period. This policy came as a complete shock to me, as it wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of payment. I believe it's unfair to withhold 50% of the amount, especially since I canceled within a reasonable time frame. The lengthy waiting period for the refund adds to the frustration. This experience has caused me to lose trust in their processes and customer service. I would strongly urge anyone considering Rajapushpa Pristinia to be cautious and ensure they fully understand the terms and conditions before making any payments.
The biggest drawback is the Nala and the site elevation being at the foot level of the Neopolis hills. I was on a hunt for a flat and wanted to check Pristinia as one of the primary options. I instantly dropped it from my list when I tried reaching the site and could not, as the Nala was overflowing. Later, I also figured that the drain water from the financial district, large portions of Kokapet and Neopolis areas flows into the Kokapet lake and then flows out through this Nala. Also, the Pristinia site is at the lowest point from either side of the approach road and I wonder some day a heavy deluge may just flood it. Rajapushpa should use their influence to get the Nala boxed up and the bridge across the Nala be built at a greater height. Wondering why a builder of good repute chose such a site.
First experience with the sales team(Aditya) itself was worst. He is not customer friendly. He doesn't know how to approach customers. Very rude. We dropped our plan with Pristinia specially because of him. I think this behaviour may lead to loose many more customers in future. Miss Lohitha being very humble and patient indeed.
Excellent Residential Project for self use & for future investment too.
Bought flat with Rajapushpa Pristinia. After sales team sucks. Poor after sales experience. This affects Rajapushpa Brand.
Sales team & receptionist are very busy chit chatting and gossiping - No time for customers. Visited several properties, but never saw such a lathargic response from anyone other than Pristinia team
There is no chance to give 0 ratings to this project so I am giving 1, the sales officers don't know how to receive the customers,at starting they asked me any floor preference then I said around 20 then without checking he said there is no availability below 20th floor if you want we can provide at 34th floor, later we asked another sales person he said that there is availability in 11th floor and etc, cause of such type sales team our interest for the project no longer lasts.
Best upcoming community in prime location.
Expensive Investment.
Nice location if road works completed
