Low density project beside ORR
I recently booked a flat. Over all good experience with the sales team (Mr Prabhu) and they are responsive. I Liked the location , floor plans and low density crowd of 292 units in 3.65 acres and next site to upcoming big Iskon temple and closer proximity to upcoming Aria mall , connect to golden mile road and Neopolis are notable highlights in this project.
Project is located in prime area which is closer 100meters to upcoming Iskon heritage tower, 1-2 kms to golden mile and neopolis. Big malls , hospitals and schools are closer to the locality.. 25 mts to airport... 10 mts to financial district...Low density is an added premium which is rare in kokapet projects.
The best location right beside ORR and the sales team at the office was very professional and understanding.. I am very happy to be part of Ramky One Astra family..

I'm planning a visit to Ramoji Film City soon and need some advice from those who have been there. I'm trying to decide between the Studio Package and the Star Package. Could you please share your experiences and let me know which package you think is better in terms of value for money, activities, and overall experience? Also, what's the best way to reach Ramoji Film City? Are cabs readily available for the return journey, or should I plan for alternative transportation? Hi all, looking at Ramky One Astra in Kokapet. It caught my eye because of the low density (only ~290 units on 3.7 acres) compared to the mega-projects nearby. The Vibe: For current owners or those who’ve visited—does it actually feel spacious, or does the ORR service road noise ruin the peace? Construction: They’re saying 2026 handover. Does the ground progress look on track? Resale: If any investors or owners are looking to sell a 3BHK/4BHK, please DM me! Any red flags on Ramky or this specific project? Thanks!
I'm 24 and might be old to ask this question I always wanted a good remote control car and never got one. With responsibilities that comes with age, I lost interest in the things I loved the most. Yesterday, I had the chance to play with a remote control car and I was very happy - "inner child happy moment". I checked Hamleys and I found them mediocre, Amazon ones are bs. Is there any place specifically for this - offering good quality and performance with decent price.
I have being actively searching for an apartment in Hyderabad and I have short listed these two apartment complexes based on various factors but I am not able to reach a final conclusion. Please give me suggestion. My home tridasa: Pros- 1. Closer to ORR, 2. Big community with a lot of amenities, 3. My home reputed builder Cons- 1. Not developed area, 2. Too many high rise building near by (my home vipina and udyan) Ramky one orbit: Pros- 1. Well developed area, 2. Lower cost than my home Cons- 1. Smaller builder compared to My home, 2. Less amenities as it’s low rise apartment Please suggest me if I am missing anything and also which would he better in between the two.
I am planning to buy a flat not to live in, but for good appreciation as well as rental income. I have finalized on 4 projects that I overall like, as mentioned above. The cyberzon flat is a 2bhk 1256sqft with decent interiors for 1.1cr. Aparna synergy is not yet ready to move, but a 2.5bhk flat will again cost me around 1.1cr, then theres candeur 40 2bhk, which has the best rent of around 40k, which I am getting for 1cr flat, which is ready to move but raw, and the last is ramky one symphony which has a 1265sqft 2.5bhk which is ready to move which i am getting for around 90 lacs but its raw. Which one will be the best to go for?
