Ramky Odyssey is the flagship project of the Ramky Group in Hyderabad. After living at Ramky Towers, Gachibowli, for over four years and witnessing the exceptional quality they deliver, I confidently decided to book a flat at Odyssey. I am genuinely impressed with the pace at which the construction is progressing. The build quality is outstanding, and the Ramky Group consistently delivers on their promises. Odyssey enjoys a prime location, with the ISKCON Hare Krishna Heritage Tower on one side, purifying the surroundings, a serene lake at the back, and the Outer Ring Road (ORR) on another side, ensuring excellent connectivity from all directions. Each tower boasts a 16-foot stilt area offering block-level amenities, complemented by a sprawling 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse for all residents. The project includes three basement levels for parking, with each individual parking spot equipped with an EV charging station, showcasing their forward-thinking approach to the EV revolution. As per the current timeline, flats in B and C blocks are expected to be handed over by June 2026, while A block might take an additional 2-3 months. I am excitedly looking forward to starting my stay at Odyssey!

Planning to book a flat over here My points for consideration are : no high rises around, so the neighborhood will remain congestion free. Next to iskcon heritage tower. Even if you do not consider anything else, this is a positive for a Hindus. Iskcon has 65 acres here Long with goshala and thus the land will remain clear at least for the lasting future. Other side is a lake and service road. Ramky Astra is next to it which is hardly 19 or 14 floors max. So any floor beyond on that particular side is fine. You can go to the site and see that construction is in full flow. Quality of the doors and fitting and size of the ceiling make it feel.much more spacious . Compare it asbl spire which is 3 km inside from this location and still charges a world. For me the location itself is a positive point so that you want to live here ... rental yield will also be good considering it's ease of commutation.
Great sales team, Mr. Govind and Sai are great to interact. Project location is very unique, closer to ORR as well as airport route, next to Golden Mile and upcoming ISKON temple, and adjacent to 120 feet road connecting to Shankrapally-Narsingi- Financial District, there is a lake too next to it, which apparently will be adopted by Ramky and a few more projects for uplifting post completion. It really has the potential to become the most distinctive society, alongside Astra. Saw many projects in and around Kokapet and found this among the best few.
Wonderful experience visiting the Odyssey Site and sales office. Mr. Ganesh is an asset to the group here at this location. All details related to the project were explained with patience and an eye for meticulousness. The 3D review station is a fantastic way to visualise floor and apartment specifications in a comprehensive manner. Reputation, build quality and architecture/design factor of their constructions are few reasons why so many customers are flocking to their projects, long may it continue. All in all a wonderful experience for my family and me, I would always recommend everybody to partake in the complete experience of becoming a member of the Ramky Family. This project hopefully promises to be one of the highlights across the Hyderabad landscape for Ramky in the next 2-3 years.
The best thing about this project is the locality itself. With no high-rises around, could have all the sides get proper ventilation and views. Might Ramky Astra could block some part of the ORR view, but still good for the most of the blocks. Project has most of the modern days amenities and offering at affordable price (than what quoting so). Could see good appreciation in the coming years once NeoPolis operations starts.
The construction progress has been abysmally slow , practically nonexistent after paying 95% to the builder. For six months now, there's been hardly any movement, unlike the lightning speed before they secured payment . The promised December 2025 handover date, with a June 2026 buffer in the agreement, feels like a distant dream ️. The current pace—one floor painted per month and doors fixed on a couple floors—is simply unacceptable. My experience with Ramky builders has been utterly disappointing .
Location - perfect location , easy access to ORR . Inquiry process- Mr Govind is the person to go to . he is patient, knowledgeable and and is willing to answer all the queries. He gave us the tour of entire premises by giving detailed explanation not just about RAMKY but surrounding area and future expansion plans .Anyone looking for 3 or 4 bhk must visit the site .

Perfect Location, once built will have great views of Financial District, Outer Ring Road, Golden Mile Road. Centrally located and easy access to Financial District, Neopolis and Golden Mile Road offices. Fairmount Aria mall coming nearby. Great views of SAS Crown, tallest residential property in South India. Iskcon temple upcoming nearby in Goshala land. Once Road built, this falls directly on RR5 connecting Shaikpet to Kokapet. Ramky is a reliable and reputed builder in Hyderabad, hoping they will scale to new heights after building this luxurious project.
The sales team, Mr. Prabhu Dev is an extremely arrogant person, he was upset over the fact that I asked him to share inventory over a call instead of visiting the project I asked him to explain the logic of charging base price premium for larger units but he wasn't able to and started getting defensive about it. There maybe something shady with this builder and the project itself.
Planning to buy a flat here. Hoping for a lovely stay after handover ☺️
