Lately, every time I land at RGIA airport, it’s becoming a complete headache to get a cab. It’s gotten to the point where one of a few predictable things always happens: The app-based taxis (Ola, Uber, etc.) either refuse to come even at the designated pickup area. Random taxi guys approach me outside, promise they have a car ready, take me to a cab, and then make me wait for almost an hour. Once, an actual Ola driver even made me wait because he was trying to find another passenger to share the ride with. Some cabs claim they run on CNG and refuse to take any luggage, which is just ridiculous for an airport pickup. It’s genuinely frustrating — it almost feels like there’s some kind of organized setup or “mafia” controlling who gets passengers. I’ve started dreading airport arrivals just because of this. Has anyone else faced the same issue recently? Is there any trick or workaround to get a reliable cab from RGIA these days without losing your mind?

Very nice community having limited flats but maintained well. These flats are located near to the market area and all the common requirements like Schools. Colleges, Shopping, Grocery, Restaurants. Hospitals are all walkable distance only! Ideal location to live in at affordable rents!

If you are purchasing a flat go directly with the owners. the staff here are horrible especially the sales team. We can't even expect minimum respect from anyone. Horrible customer relationship.

Advantages: location will see good development, builder maintains quality, sales is quick and to the point Disadvantages: Project area is small, small room to negotiate prices and swimming pool location (basement)

This apartment has a very big Vastu flaw. The north east corner of the plot is reduced and has big cut , plus the land adjacent to it is under litigation, and has a big cater onto a side where the rain water stagnates and it becomes a hosting ground for mosquitoes. The sales person hides all the facts and is just in a rush to sell it for higher costs. Don't buy !! it's dodgy.

My office is at wipro circle. I have a 2 years kid and wife working at hitech city. looking for a 3 bhk in 1.4. I previously looked for 2bhk in 1cr but the carpet area is tool small for 2bhk so decide to get 3 bhk. Visited the lane beside aparna neo mall and enquired l. Gor quotation for 2 bhk ar 1.1 cr and 3 as 2cr for aprna zicon. As of now short listed Wave raghava - above my budget. Tridasa rise (railway line issue) Im open for suggestions and also keen to know about ramky one galaxies.

I am planning to invest for my daughter's future. I have shortlisted a villa in a decent mid sized project at a good price and another is a plot in a well maintained venture and price seems to be on a slightly higher side. Need suggestions, which is the best option which can be easily readable and can give me decent appreciation? Update: Please don't market your flats, I am not interested. Hey ppl, is Suprabatha a good builder? I have seen some decent reviews, but wanted to know what you guys think about the area and the builder. Initially planned in Mokila, but that seems out of the budget, and Suprabatha seems to be around 8300 per sq ft.
