Full disclosure: I haven't seen the property from within or a model apartment. My rating is based on the bad marketing setup and complete lack of customer service of this group. We drove down with family one weekend to the Kokapet site after spotting an ad. There's no presence of sales professionals, or even an office, or a model apartment at the site. Since, we went without an appointment I'll not hold the lack of personnel on a weekend against them. Just that a site should have some model or design for visitors. Now, comes the part with the pathetic customer service. We contacted them for details and they came back almost a week later with brochures that they shared online and set up an appointment to meet on New Year's Day at their office in Kondapur. Although, it was Jan 1st and a Sunday, we still made time as we were interested in the property. We reached a few minutes earlier and the office was deserted except for a security and a Housekeeping staff who opened up an office for us to wait and said the sales staff had headed out for lunch. We didn't mind waiting as we were early. After a 10 minute wait, we called the contact person, a Ms. Daliya M to let her know that we've reached. The person carelessly informs us that they've left the office for good that day and won't be coming back, in a completely callous and unprofessional tone. There was no apology, no remorse for wasting our time. I'm sure their customer service (lack of) is not a driving factor for their sales. It's just so shocking to see this pathetic behaviour in the age of good marketing and great customer support. This too from a company that boasts a 5-star experience "with highest levels of comfort and convenience."

This is a residential project coming in Kokapet Site by Srias Developers LLP (SAS INFRA Group). This is going to be the finest luxurious tallest residential skyscraper in Hyderabad. Best thing is one flat per one floor. Very good project to invest.

SAS CROWN IS THE VERY HIGH END RESIDENCIAL PROJECT WITH PREMIUM AMENITIES With high end construction quality .The Tallest residencial tower in south India with floor to floor height is 4 m . The Project team is very much dedicated and involve in all aspects about quality and they don't compromise on quality & Panning . The construction activity is very fast and maintain highest safety . I Personally recommend this project for buyers and it's best investment at Kokapet.

I was recently looking at some websites and here are 5 projects which are minimum 4+ Cr starting and some are upward of 12Cr. For this price we can get a big house in Chicago, Melbourne or Toronto. Is Hyderabad next Dubai?? Who stays in these 5000sqft apartments?? I think this is some big sub prime crisis type scam. IRIS by Raghav The Trilight Manhattan by Vamsiram builder SAS Crown W by DSR Myhome Bhooja still has unsold flats at 3-4Cr. On top of this the Neopolis area and all the Villa projects which are 5-6Cr. Who has this kind of money here??? How many such projects are there here actually?? I think I will keep saving and stay at all these places for rent for a year if possible. Maybe start a tik tok channel and start rating these club houses because anyways someone so rich is not going to use any of these facilities.
