Recent shifted to this society, finding this pretty decent so far. Edit 1: okay I am qualified enough to give a full fledged review after staying here for quit some time now. Swimming pool here is for namesake if you actually love to swim just take pullela Gopichand subscription its literally walking distance. Its closer to many offices and location is also prime. This society is situated in the main road which is the biggest downside. It's too noisy not just during day time but also at night specially in winters when you dont have white noise from fan and ac. Specially for the flats situated towards the main gate, also you will hear dog barking specially in odd hours. As of now dec 2025 the mainteanace is 6000 and in summer months they do charge 500 more. Global peace auditorium view is pretty amazing I must say. Gym has decent amount of equipments and the table tennis room has ac which is very good. There is a lawn tennis available and sometime people do play pickle ball over there. Cleanliness and mainteanace is good. Only and the biggest drawback is the noise level. If thats not a deal breaker go for this society. Also for renting, I would say dont pay more then 50k for 3 bhk as of Dec 2025. You will get much better deals in 50k plus price range in premium societies.

At this price point, expectations around maintenance and facility upkeep are naturally high, but unfortunately this apartment falls short. Several amenities, including the gym, are poorly maintained and in some cases unsafe to use. What’s more concerning is the lack of proactive action—issues are often left unresolved while responsibility is shifted onto residents instead of being addressed. For the premium being charged, there are far better managed and maintained apartments available nearby. Would strongly recommend exploring other options before considering this one

Worst place to stay if you have pets. Not remotely pet friendly. The residents and building manager gang up against you and stalk you around the apartment if you walk your pet around. They send the watchmen chasing after you and harass you. The building manager Harish has gone so far as to bring a shouting resident to our front door to yell and fight with us. The non pet-parents are uneducated about dogs and make assumptions about breeds without bothering to find out more about them. They have no qualms about making a pet owner's life hell because they fear dogs. The facilities in the apartment are definitely nowhere near worth going through this much stress for. There are frequent power cuts - a minimum of once daily - and the water supply in certain rooms depends on whether a flat on a higher floor is using the tap at the same time. If they are, you have no choice but to wait till they're done before you can use the taps. And lastly, but most importantly the security lapses in the apartment are the worst. There are drunk watchmen who leer at the women and girls who walk inside. They have even tried to misbehave with residents and are constantly rude. The lifts have obscene graffiti etched on the doors. Almost makes one feel like we're living on the roadside. The blatant loss of packages and miscommunication between security and delivery people almost pale in comparison to that. Having lived in different apartments in different cities, this one has been the worst experience. Even the view can't save it.

I am currently living here. The apartments are nice and the society is very peaceful. The residents are cooperative and you can have a sense of being a part of it if you live here. It has a functional clubhouse with gym, swimming pool, TT, meeting rooms where frequent sessions on yoga, meditation, dance classes etc are being held. They also have a tennis court, a temple inside the campus. The society Celebrates almost every festival with fervor. It's a nice place to live with IT park in the vicinity.

A really nice apartment complex in the vicinity of Wipro circle, Microsoft and Amazon and even Indira Nagar. It is situated opposite to the Pullela Gopichand badminton academy. Rent + maintenance is lower compared to alternatives in hill ridge, my home vihanga and mantri celestia. Rent + maintenance is around 29k for a semi furnished 3 Bhk here.

Great place to live a bit off from the hustle. Whole apartment is covered in net so no worry of pigeons and cleaning.

If you’re considering moving here as a tenant, think twice. The gym is poorly maintained, basic cleaning is neglected and much of the equipment is either non-functional. For a place that advertises amenities, this is a big letdown. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. If you’re not an owner, the EC doesn’t even bother acknowledging your concerns. Tenants raising genuine issues have been dismissed and belittled instead of being heard. To make things worse, tenants have now been cut off from the WhatsApp group entirely. Communication is restricted to admins (some owners), leaving tenants with no proper channel to raise concerns. Overall, the experience feels exclusionary and poorly managed unless you own a unit here.
