Another luxury project from Sunshine group. Excellent quality, transparent pricing, always ahead of timelines. I'm happy to be part of this community with superb connectivity to IT zones, OR and wonderful amenities. My experience with Sunshine group is awesome. Well trained staff, professional and very much helpful.
They have focused on greenery and giving good amenities. They are asking for ₹9500 sft all included except GST and few other items. I wanted to purchase here because of certain good things BUT - However, the balconies for which the buyer will pay will be used for green cover and CANNOT be used. So even though you get 200ft balcony, almost 80ft will be used by builders for green cover. Please keep in mind you’ll also pay maintenance of ₹4 sft for the balcony portion you cannot use. There is construction in surrounding areas so the air quality will be bad for at least 2 years. I cannot bear to spend 2.5+cr and can’t even get peace and fresh air. Oh one more thing- the trees in balconies will attract bats. Pl be careful

I bought a flat in B Block and overall had a very good experience with the Sunshine team. Special thanks to Bhaskar garu for helping to speed up things and to Raj for supporting us from Day 1 and always being available whenever we needed help or clarification. His patience and commitment really made a big difference throughout the journey. Also, thanks to Arun (CRM), Charan, Harish, and Chinna for their excellent support and coordination at every stage. Overall, the team was professional, responsive, and customer-friendly. Wishing the entire Sunshine team continued success.
Some are positive and more are negative I found when I visited the site. Positive: -- UDS more compared to other projects in the same area because total 11 floors only. -- Shown more Green (small plants) area, where ever possible (as per their broutchers). Negative: -- Building to building gap is very less, afternoon also need to be lights on. -- Ventilation is problem, two sides 30+ floors building are constructed. -- Price is equal to other major projects in that area but amenities and other aspects are less.
