I feel like everyone has a crazy story attached to this place before deciding to NEVER go there again Mee story enti?? EDIT : Sare because everyone wants to knw my story first, here goes... Adhi oka Saturday night, I went to club rogue with my girlfriends. Got approached by a girl of our age. We thought she was alone when she randomly joined our group. Alone unnava ani adigithe, "anna valla tho unna" ani cheppindhi. Kani vallu antha uncles So apparently the strategy is they lure girls into their group using this girl as bait, they act all nice and protective, then they invite the girls out (after clubbing). The girls being drunk and unaware say yes. Akkada vellaka scene maaripothadhi ani vinnanu. We were also approached by these uncles kani devudi daya valla thappinchukunnam. Asala those uncles were damn creepy, I can still remember they way the were looking at us冷 Asala daridram enti ante all the people that regularly go to this club knw about this batch and their strategy, that's how I got to knw the story (weeks after the incident happened to us) If there's any girls reading this, please avoid this club and any random ass strangers who approach you and try to take u to a second location. You can never be too careful.
Nicely located, The entry to. main Raj Bhavan Eoad, need to merge from inside. U have to turn 90° on the road. pls correct this. I will be visor regularly.
Good view for tankbound,location super
Trying to chose between Rise 9 (11,555per sqft) Brigade (12,200 per sqft) My home grava (11,500 per sqft) Really liked the Neopolis area, Want to use them as investment for now and a long term home for back to India plan in a decade. What are sub thoughts on this vs appreciation comparing a villa out skirts (Kollur/tukkuguda) in 10 year horizon. Are the high prices worth it? Which one of these 3 builders have better reputation
As the title says, I really love the MH Sayuk project everyone in my family loves it as well. I have a 2BHK in my hand in a favourable floor, but I feel if the space is less especially the room sizes are small. I am thinking to go for 2BHK only because no 2.5 BHK was available in favourable floors (ie: only top floors are available now) I am now exploring if I shall just jump the gun and get the top floor because of the compromise of space in the 2BHK unit disregarding the logical drawbacks of top floor like seepage, heat and plumbing smell. Please note: I already have a plan on how to adjust within the 2BHK plan, the only reason I am exploring this is because there is a slight itch in my head for more space and both (2BHK/2.5BHK) are comfortably within my budget. I also checked the roof of the unit, seems like there are fire and general water pipelines laid on top of my unit along with a water motor (the silent ones). I also noticed that there is another room or floor built on top of the roof (not directly on top rather elevated on pillars) covering half of the unit which looked like a control room from inside (lots of electrical equipments and buttons, will glad to understand what I saw if anyone has any idea). This means for most of the day 60% of the unit’s roof will be covered in shed and rain would also not able to hit directly. In my eyes this reduces the risk of seepage and heat but that is just my layman assumption. The sales guy said the top floor roof is thicker than normal roof shared between units I am not sure if I am ignoring logic due to FOMO or given the facts its sensible to take the risk of top floor for more space. I want to hear out the views of experienced residents, residents of top floor apartment units, better if you have lived in top floor units MH property even better if you are resident of top floor units in MH Sayuk Is it really wise to go for the top floor unit in MH Sayuk. Top is 39th Floor in MH Sayuk About us: We are a couple who prefer to have 2 separate rooms for our workstations along with a separate bedroom to sleep but can plan and adjust this in just a 2 room plan as well. Thankyou
Following up on my earlier post - https://www.reddit.com/r/hyderabadrealestate/s/RFfrAvyFCd - thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts and experiences. It was immensely helpful! I have been evaluating purchase of a 3 BHK in Sayuk (~1.8–2 Cr range), and while I like the project overall, I’m honestly stuck in a dilemma now. On one hand, Sayuk seems like a solid, premium community with good long-term potential, but on the other hand, prices feel quite stretched and doesn’t seem to be cooling down despite current market conditions. For similar budget, I have been looking at alternatives like Rajapushpa Provincia and Poulomi Avante, but I’m not sure if I’m getting proportional value vs what else is available. Also, reading through discussions here, Provincia seems to have its own share of problems. Adding to this, macro factors aren’t helping either: - Market feels a bit overheated right now - Uncertainty around AI, committing to a 2+ Cr purchase (in single income household) feels like a big call So I’m trying to step back and ask the folks here: - Does it make sense to proceed with Sayuk at current price tag of 2-2.1CR (excluding reg++ charges)? - Is it better to pick something slightly less premium but cheaper and keep some buffer? - Can you recommend any options similar to Sayuk? - People who chose not to stretch and went with a cheaper option. What would you recommend? Any advise or regrets to share? Would really appreciate honest perspectives from the group. Thank you so much

I'm moving to Hyderabad for an internship, and my office is in Hitec City. I did an internship previously as well, and I stayed in a local PG which was good, but damn expensive for double sharing, 17k to be exact. The internship is a bit longer, so I really want a single room, within 20-23k hopefully. Can someone recommend this unicorn of a PG where I get, a single room, AC, Laundry, room cleaning services, decent food and a study table(hopefully) ? I'm looking around Hitec city or just anywhere close by, so I can travel to my office with relative ease. I know the best way is to look around myself, but I hope to atleast create a list of places I can check out. Also, for a double sharing PG, I can vouch for Nandu PG in ayyappa society. Food is mostly south indian, but really good, and the owner is mostly chill. The rooms are also spacious, although it depends on what you get. It's a shared apartment system. Just wanted to add this because no one mentioned that PG and it might be helpful for others. Edit : My office is Dell International Services, near Cyber Gateway. Google Map Link
Prime Location....... And Good Construction......
Hey, recently visited Cybercity Trevita (behind Sharathcity Capital Mall) and liked the specs. Before moving forward, wanted to check with people who know this builder better. A few things I’m curious about, how is Cybercity’s track record with on-time delivery? Also, for anyone who’s had pricing discussions, what payment did you go with OTP or CLP? One more thing, the project is close to Kothaguda lake, which is nice, but wondering if mosquitoes or waterlogging are a real concern during monsoons? Looks like they would be reapplying for RERA, going from initial plan of 19 floors to 25 now. They are quoting 10000 base for CLP currently. Things I liked is it’s not a skyscraper with 50-60 floors, which is appealing and a good ceiling height (11ft) with balconies for most of the rooms. I’m looking for end use. Any honest opinions would really help. Thanks! Edit: The ceiling(floor to ceiling) height is definitely not 11ft, probably around 10ft 2 inches, but they purposely built the model flat with 11ft height to give a false hope to people purchasing, beware of the sales guys, they are the least transparent people I’ve met. All talks and no docs provided. People please do due diligence, I’ve had to check their RERA sanctioned plan to find this out. They say new lifts are being added because of changing it from 19 to 25 floors. but they don’t show any updated plan.
