What’s the worst metro line in your opinion? I will go with red. No offence if you are someone who showers regularly and don’t get the urge to grope every fucking physical matter present in the coach. I am 23M and felt nauseous throughout of the journey with stinky armpits surrounding me. Guys please have shame and don’t make people around you miserable. It maybe your friend/colleague/family member who falls in this category if not you, Please don’t be a bystander and enable these monsters onto fucking society.

Understood that this is being constructing by the same NCC builder. Their existing project NCC Urban One was build with very poor quality, bent walls, lot of leakages, etc. Considering this I would not recommend this project. Location: 5 star Construction quality: 0 star Timelines: Unbounded Service: No one takes responsibility Whom to meet after purchase: God

Wanted to explore this project for potential investment. I am disappointed by their approach on initially following up to visit the project and later after the visit I was informed that the all the houses are sold and they only have a few houses available which I could chose from in case I am interested. Houses above a certain floor are not open for sale because they are waiting for the prices to surge so that they can sell those houses like " Hot Cakes" . I was appalled to find out that while the construction is yet to begin they claim to have sold out most of the units. There is no model house to visit as well. It's apparent that they are only looking to cater to selected clients. I would recommend you explore other projects in the vicinity before finalising on this project. Views Personal Only*

I am a resident of tower 12 of NCC URBAN project of same builder which is having tons of issues. They have an open concrete mixer plant for their LANE project without permission and started having health issues, no boundary walls stray animals to the floor, lots of high intensity blasts from LANE project damaging building, unfiltered water getting skin problem, pathetic daily maintenance , higher power units , in capable power backup that fails in peak time leads to dark nights, buildings having cracks , serious water leakages , fire system not installed, bad construction quality , not completing their snag list . It's a trap , so come and meet residents before buying here.

Avoid This Builder at All Costs I recently conducted an in-depth investigation of the NCC Urban One construction project, visiting the existing buildings and speaking extensively with the current residents. After witnessing the substandard quality of construction and the shockingly inadequate fire safety measures, I can say with complete confidence that this is a builder you should avoid at all costs. Shoddy Construction Quality: The quality of construction at NCC Urban One is simply unacceptable. From uneven walls and crooked tiles to persistent leaks and electrical issues, it's clear that corners have been cut in the name of delivering projects on time. Residents I spoke with have been dealing with these problems for months, and the construction company has done little to address them properly. Alarming Fire Safety Concerns: Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of this project is the apparent disregard for fire safety. During my visit, I noticed that many of the emergency exits were blocked or inaccessible, and the fire extinguishers were poorly maintained. Given the density of these residential buildings, the lack of proper fire safety infrastructure is a catastrophe waiting to happen. Broken Promises and Lack of Accountability: Despite the numerous issues plaguing this project, NCC Urban has managed to deliver the apartments on time, as promised. However, this has come at the expense of quality and safety, and the construction company has been unresponsive to the residents' concerns, even after multiple follow-ups. In light of these findings, I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone consider investing in an NCC Urban One property. The risks to your safety and well-being simply outweigh any potential benefits. This builder has clearly prioritized profits over the well-being of its customers, and I would urge you to steer clear of this project and any other developments by NCC Urban.

1250 flats in a 3-4 acres land is not a good idea. The builders are extremely greedy and will end up with unsold units. Don’t buy cause of FOMO. It’s near ORR but hardly 1/5th of the flats have ORR view.

Don't buy flats here as it cheap, the quality is also very poor. Wake up before to regret later. You can check with the residents of their earlier projects.

Im regulary checking this site as i frequently travel on orr, the construction is going at a good pace and it uses myvan technology which is most advanced in highrise, and all the reviews I see here are about NCC only not about Terminus who actually takes care of construction.
