Who should buy — and who should avoid
Who should buy
- ✓ IT professionals working in Financial District
- ✓ Investors seeking rental yield (4.8★ rental score)
- ✓ Families prioritizing security and amenities
Who should avoid
- ✗ Buyers sensitive to peak-hour traffic (3.1★ traffic score)
- ✗ Budget-first buyers — PSF above locality median
