Have been staying here from past few months. This is right in the middle of everything. You have hospital pharmacy grocery stores you name it and you will find it. The major pros of this apartment are that it is very neatly maintained and the events which happen during festivals are very thoughtful and engaging

Good Community. Near to malls and happening place, rents are high. Not much space to walk, troll or biking. Crowded place, no fresh air. No landscaping, no greenery. Rest, you can decide when you visit.

Apartments are well maintained but very costly place to go for rent. They charge altogether 25000 rupees for renting a 2 bhk with 6000 as maintenance. I think we should avoid staying at these places then only they would think of reducing the prices. They are just taking the advantage of the vicinity to Gachibowli offices.

The perfect home we got. Ample of open space, light and airflow. Built according to vastu. Location is perfect. View is awesome from all the sides. Big bedrooms and balconies. A decent gated society which has everything you need. Builder kept the promise of possession timeline. Gave the best service even after possession.

View from the blocks {if avobe 6th floor} is spectacular. The best what you can get in Hyderabad. Best place to stay if you're working in gachibowli or Hitech city and any nearby places.

Best place for rental or to buy in Hyderabad. Near to the tech park and all the IT companies. Only drawback is no public transport so get your own vehicle in case yoh move there. Place has good gym , swimming pool, club house, library, play area and function hall etc.
