Very expensive living with high rents and rental conditions but some flats are well furnished. It has good fecilities like miny function hall, gym, swimming pool and play area for kids, and walking track, security and cc cameras.
Nice Apartment and good location. You can get financial district and hi- techcity without any traffic.
Excellent project with good construction quality. Prime location, with peaceful environment. Price is much better compared to other projects around.
better avoid investment here. borewells drained will have water issue soon, STP issue, no water since three days for flushing, seepage issues.

United Avenues is a pime location near Narsinghi ORR exit with 80 ft road access to ORRGC. Scenic views on all sides—hill view to the south, ORR and IRA project to the east, river and Kokapet junction to the north, and Kokapet/Brindavan Colony to the west. Just 300 meters from ORR exit. High-quality construction with Pooja compliance, associated with Hallmark.
One of the best communities with all the amenities beautifully maintained near to Kokapet IT SEZ..Upcoming Metro station is in walkable distance
The apartment is located a bit inside, but the surroundings seem decent. The place itself looks quite good, with a well-maintained appearance. Its proximity to ORR adds convenience for commuting. Overall, a nice option, though accessibility might be a slight concern.
A beautiful apartment with nice amenities and good build. However, the parking for guests needs to be improved.
Such a worst builder, they did not keep their promise. No quality in the construction. Seepage issues came within the 6 months of occupation.
We purchased the flat in United Avenues and they have given all the commitments and have done the flat registration and now torturing us every day without completing with proper finishing, irresponsible behaviour, cheap and wrong commitments..the sales team , named Naresh, being very rude neither responds to calls nor meets in person to solve the issues...Hopeless management and fooling the customers..
Amenities yet to be completed. But very economical rate compared to other gated communities in same place
