However, the current situation indicates a lack of accountability toward public health. We strongly request the immediate cessation of operations at this hazardous RMC plant, as it is located in a residential zone. Last week, residents staged an agitation at Myhome Avatar Junction, which gained significant attention on social media and in Telugu and English media outlets. Great location....good builder....infront of upcoming narsingi metro....near to upcoming kokapet sez....very nearer to financial district....

Please do not invest in Vasavi Atlantis project. I have invested in this project because of false promises by sales team, srinivas and Abhishek. Now I become a victim. They told me graveyard view does not come for my apartment.When I visited the site , I was shocked as they cheated me with false information. I discussed with the available management about the cheating they did, no one is ready to respond atleast. They do not answer your e- mails , calls.Management do not have visibilty or they act like they do not know What ever cheating sales team does. I am banging my head now after investing my hard earned money. They are not ready to give my money back even after explaining things with proofs , instead asking me to pay extra money. This Vasavi group is totally a cheating company.do not waste your money by investing here.

I am extremely impressed with Vasavi Atlantis Apartments in Hyderabad. My suggestion is that if you want peace and your flat please don't buy it in vasavi because from the last four years they are not delivering the flats and in against they are scolding the customers if any one ask for handover, think twice before purchase in vasavi

Vasavi Atlantis is strategically located with excellent connectivity to key destinations such as the IT Hub, Neopolis, and the airport. The project benefits from a prime location with significant ongoing and planned developments in the surrounding area, making it a promising investment opportunity. Expected to get handover by mid 2026.

this venture is very very close to mushkin lake and almost in lake if you see on the maps. Now I doubt this project is hydra compliant and not fall under FTL zone. The govt is clearly showing and following hydraa rules. So becareful guys when you invest. If you’re investing on it Kindly check all the documents thoroughly and all permissions. I thought of to buy a flat early in this year in Vasavi. But as per the govt hydra demolishing act I stopped buying now. I don’t have enough confidence and dare to invest.

Don't buy anything from vasavi. There service level and quality of construction is very bad. Just visit Vasavi gp trend. Half of amenities are not working. There is seepage issue everywhere and there is no intention from management to resolve it. Service level is poorest

Pathetic experience. Management there is very rude. They don’t care at all. God knows what they are hiding they don’t even allow 4 people to visit the site together and doesn’t allow to take phone as well. Like what it is where phones are prohibited. If they continue like this they are going to lose valuable customers. This definitely shows if you buy your property here and if u have any genuine issues hardly they would bother. Also they are falsely promising to deliver the project by end of dec, it definitely not gonna happen. A lotttttt of work is pending, they have just painted the initial buildings from top. My recommendation would be think 100 times before investing in property like these. Instead look for other customer centric properties. Else your hard earned money will just be stuck with them.

Hopeless builder...don't invest your hard earned money on this stupid project....so many issues...

Dear Folks, I have consolidated a list of plots and villas available in the following areas around Hyderabad: Thukkaguda, Maheshwaram, Mansanpally, Srisailam Highway, Harshaguda, Pulimamidi, Mankhal, and Mamidipally. I don't bet on Gollur , Ameerpet and nagaram area as i don't see large villa coming up in that vicinity. Feel free to contribute if you come across any additional villas or plots. For those considering plots, I believe these locations represent an excellent long-term investment opportunity, given the numerous upcoming villa projects in the region.
