Location is priceless with stunning views of the ORR and Malkam Cheruvu - walkable to the new Google center, Accenture, ADP, 5 min drive to Microsoft, Wipro, Capgemini etc and the newly opened United States Consular General. Like any other high rise, regular maintenance issues are to be considered. My flat has appreciated significantly since I last bought it and has potential to further double up and for investors too, great potential for renting. Thanks to the committee and the volunteers, most of the major issues are addressed after the transition from the builder. The recent negative reviews and photos were taken while those works were in progress but things have improved quite a bit. The Managing Committee has enough corpus funds and are in the process of beautifying the exterior, enhancing the amenities further and should be done very soon. Currently the heated swimming pool, two badminton courts, squash court, half basket ball, games room, billiards room, yoga room, two fitness centers - 1 exclusive for 4 BHKs, premium audio video room etc.. are all fully operational.
This is great community for families. International schools, hospitals and companies are just minutes away - great connectivity to the ORR, 15 min to Filmnagar, Gachibowli. The transition from the builder is completed and the co-op society has taken over and is committed to improving the community further. This apartment's biggest advantage is the location, unlike Narsingi or the other side of the financial district where there is lots of traffic - we can get to VGPT via the first exit on the ORR. When it comes to the apartment complex, there are quite a few amenities - two fitness center, yoga room, basketball court, swimming pool, squash court, two badminton courts, Banquet hall, sky lounge, Salon..etc.. Overall a great place to be.
VGPT is a wonderful community located in the midst of the elite Financial District. From wide open airy corridors to easy access to the ORR makes it highly livable. The society handover was done a few months ago and they are committed to improving things further in all aspects for the residents. Google, Microsoft, ADP are all near by and makes it convenient for the tech folks and alike. I would highly recommend living or investing in this community with great potential!
We stayed here for a few months but found it unbearable. The management committee is trying its best to do a good job, but the underlying plumbing issues are a daily nuisance. The lights also keep going off and the generator is unable to keep up. The apartment location is excellent, but that was the only positive about this apartment complex. Steer clear of it; there are much better places to stay in Hyderabad.
VasaviGp Trends is a beautiful and highly livable apartment. It's conveniently located near all major software companies ADP, Google and many others. The apartment is also close to local markets and just a short distance from the airport. One of the standout features is the stunning view from the apartment — truly a delight to wake up to every day.
This is the highest rating I could give because below this there is no zero rating. The whole building is built with cheap construction quality. No proper maintenance, running water issues. Anyone planning to move here better don’t waste your money.
A decent place to live – continuously improving community! We have been residents of Vasavi GP Trends for some time now, and the transformation since the association took over maintenance has been remarkable. Initially there were persistent water and power issues when the builder was handling the premises, but all those concerns have been effectively resolved by the association. The community has become better with thoughtful upgrades and amenities. Recreational facilities have been enhanced (e.g. renovated badminton court, brand-new multipurpose court, and the imported creche, new children's play area equipment). The open lawn area offers a lovely venue for community events. The temperature-controlled swimming pool is perfect to use year-round. The residents also enjoy a functional supermarket and a well-maintained salon, which add to convenience. Gym is well-equipped, Banquet hall is good, and the AV theatre room features great sound system and upholstery. The spacious 10-feet corridors give residents a premium and open feel. Most flats feature open balconies providing unparalleled views of the ORR and the skyline of the Financial District. Overall, Vasavi GP Trends is becoming an efficiently run community that is only getting better with time. All credit to the association for the incredible effort in transforming this community!
Vasavi GP Trends is an extremely disappointing place to live or should I say the worst place to live. The water supply is unreliable, often cut off for hours and we are not even notified about it many of the times, and when it returned, it was dirty and we have to keep our taps open for atleast 2-3 mins to drain out the dirty water. The flushes don’t work properly, and the water system is linked to electricity, meaning when the power went out, water does too. Communication is poor, with no updates about maintenance or service disruptions many times. The owners here are untrustworthy, as we never received around ₹1500 electricity refund after leaving, and they completely changed their behaviour when we were leaving. The society's maintenance is subpar, with frequent flooding in the basement, an often-closed swimming pool, and poor security—once, a thief entered, and I wonder what were the guards doing. Overall, a very unpleasant and horrible experience. Please don't trust the owners. :(
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vasavi GP is a really well-designed society with a great balance of comfort and amenities. The flats are spacious and airy, and even the corridors feel open and well-ventilated, which makes a big difference in daily living. The amenities are excellent — a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, badminton court, squash court, and other facilities that make it easy to stay active without stepping out. The overall layout feels thoughtfully planned, clean, and pleasant. A great place to live if you value good design, open spaces, and quality lifestyle facilities.
Decent and pleasant place for a comfortable live in with all high class facilities and amenities
Pathetic construction quality. People are struggling almost daily with one or the other problem (plumbing, electricity, stp etc.,). Please avoid if you are planning to rent.
