Am currently looking to buy a good 3bhk in 1.6-1.8cr.. my priorities have been good ventilation, balcony(ies), uniquely designed floor plans like private corridor or no opposite homes, or corner placed house plans per floor.. I don't see this in big builders but some tier-2 or so.. are coming with these ideas.. but really appreciate any good suggestions of projects in regards to the above..
