There are no apartments around this propriety and all the area surrounding the property is either lake or historical location or main road which leads me to believe that my privacy will not be obstructed by people from apartments looking over me and lots of light for my lifetime as i wont be in a shadow of a high rise building. - comparable if not better then jayabheri temple tree in terms of location and ventilation. Also this is the only villa project in this price range around this location I could find where they were using clay bricks. Isn’t that amazing?? Edit: there may be a future development on one side but its clear as of now. Fyi i am a villa owner in this community so i may be biased.
