Im recently bombarded with multiple ads on sreenivasa constructions nature infused project in Rajendra nagar. Initally the most liked thing about it when reviewed brochure was its only 516 units of 3&4 bhk residences in 5.24 acres. Floor Plans are 100% vaastu and suit the requirements but look bigger for me Im looking for 1800 sft max in that area but the range here starts at 2250 sft But they have a pre launch at 7,099 per sft as OTP price. Is it a good deal as the possession is 3 years from now?
