Hello good people of Hyderabad. I need your recommendations for good localities / areas in Hyd to live in. Just 2 criteria: Lots of greenery with ample tree cover and shade. Something that is not just a concrete jungle. Gated societies with apartment flats and amenities. Not the old 3-4 floor high standalone buildings. Thanks. Addendum: Does Gachibowli satisfy these criteria?
I have officially looked at 200+ projects, consumed enough caffeine to power the Financial District, and drank two random buttermilks along the way. I’ve narrowed it down to three final contenders based on strict criteria: Commute to Financial District (Mandatory, because my wife said so, and I value my life). Rental potential (In case my Bangalore-to-Hyderabad shift falls through). Appreciation (Need to make back the money I spent on all that tea). Project Density (I prefer human-sized spaces, not dystopian ant colonies). Here are the finalists (Prices are all-inclusive base rates): Project K2 (Kollur): ₹6,700/sq.ft. Raghava Halo (Kondapur): ₹7,800/sq.ft. Sky 49 (Tellapur): ₹7,500/sq.ft. Which of these is the actual winner, and which one is a trap? Help a tired man out. Other projects Vision Arsha: I see many bad reviews about the delay And also people commenting to DM, please feel free to post your projects in the comments and let anyone in the same boat as mine benefit from it
Looking to purchase flat in my home Akrida but sales person offering only 39th floors which is a top floor..tower 5 and 6 launch is near but they said it's already booked..is it worth going for top floor considering heating and leakage issues..any Akrida owner who purchased in Akrida and Sayuk please shed some light..should I wait and ask sales team to provide a better floor which I already did but they are not agreeing. Please suggest what to do..property will be for end use!!
I have a requirement of 3BHK flat for self use. Looking for areas close to Hitech city. Any low density upcoming projects where I can find 2000sq ft 3BHK under 2cr. I am okay if possession is by 2028/2029. Does it make sense to look for Villas by tier2/3 constructor in kollur side for 2.5cr instead of apartment? Recently visited Jayabheri Sahasra project and everything seems good except budget which is non negotiable at 2.4cr. Please suggest, I am searching here and there without much clear direction
Hi everyone, I am based in Bangalore currently and plan to settle in Hyderabad in the long term. I dont see myself shifting here in the next 3-4 years but might shift post that and that’s why planning to purchase a property now. My budget is 2-3 Cr. Okay with purchasing a ready to move as well as under construction property. Need your opinion/ suggestion about the following: Should I go for apartments, villa or plot? Apartments are the easiest but they appreciate less than plots and villas do. Though apartments could potentially offer a rental yield if I decide to shift much later than the anticipated timeline What area should I go for? I have visited properties in Tellapur, Nallagandla, Gowlidoddy, Rajendra Nagar till now. What pther areas should I be checkinf before I decide?
Hey Hyderabadi Redditors! My friends and I are looking to escape the city hustle for a weekend nature getaway this July/August, and we need your amazing suggestions! We're based in Hyderabad and want to find a spot that's: Scenic and natural: Think lush greenery, hills, lakes, waterfalls – anything that offers a refreshing change from concrete jungles. Less crowded: This is key! We're looking to chill, relax, and genuinely enjoy nature without bumping into too many people. Offbeat is good! Good for a friends' trip: Somewhere we can relax, chat and just unwind. Preferably a drivable distance from Hyderabad for a weekend. We're open to anything from a serene spot for picnics and walks to a place with light trekking opportunities, or even a nice nature resort that isn't swarming with people. Given it's July/August, we're hoping to catch some of that monsoon magic – greener landscapes, maybe some gentle rains to enhance the vibe. So, what are your hidden gems and favorite lesser-known nature spots around Hyderabad for a perfect chill weekend with friends? Thanks in advance for helping us plan an epic and serene escape!
Hey everyone, I am going to shift to hyderabad next year. I was wondering which are the places that I should consider to stay (preferably 2bhk) with family with rent close to 20k + with good connectivity and less local vs outsider issues. I am aware some areas face water scarcity issue and some water logging but not sure which ones. I prefer living close to center of the city and surely close to metro line and helpful neighbors. I'm aware of Mehdipatnam, towlichowki and it's insane traffic during peak hours and local nuisance that comes up once in a while. What about khairatabad, Punjagutta, lakdikapul, etc? Are their any areas that are less talked about in between all these? I have my father's acquaintances near Shalibanda but they are old and are not well acquaintant with other places. I'm looking for your answers, including locals and people from other corners of our country. Thanks in advance! Looking forward to your answers!
Looking for recommendations on buying land for a farmhouse build! My budget is around 80 lakhs to 1 crore per acre for a 3 to 5-acre plot, but I'm open to a smaller size if needed. I'm hoping to build a nice house with some simple farming on the side. Does anyone have experience with this budget and recommendations? I'd also appreciate any recommendations for builders who specialize in selling farmhouses with a decent amount of land. Any advice would be a huge help!

Model Flat & Sales Office :: The developer is expected to complete a 3000 sq.ft. model flat along with the sales office within the next 20–30 days. Access Road & Connectivity :: The approach road from Lanco Hills (approx. 100 meters) is quite narrow. Observed bit traffic inflow near the project entrance as it is located exactly at a turning point. The management claims that a 120 ft wide road will be developed in the future; however, there is no clarity on the timeline. Crematorium (East Side):: The crematorium is located immediately adjacent to the eastern boundary of the project. Spoke with local residents, tea stall owners, and roadside vendors who have been operating there for many years. According to them, there is very little activity at the crematorium. Burning takes place inside enclosed sheds. Ashes do not rise visibly. Some landscaping and garden work has been carried out. Temple :: Visited the temple located near the project. There is no possibility of the temple shadow falling on the apartments. Current Pricing (as offered) EOI Price: ₹9,000 per sq.ft. (base price) Additional Charges: ₹500 per sq.ft. (Amenities + Car Parking + Water + Gas) FLC applicable 50% discount offered on East Phasing Overall Observation: The site is active with excavation in progress. Main concerns remain the narrow approach road and proximity to the crematorium, though local feedback indicates low activity at the crematorium. Location and builder profile good. There are eateries and clinics and tea stalls. Livability is visible and proximity to offices.
Where to find lands below 5-10 Lakh per Acre within Telangana, NOT in Andhra or Karnataka etc I know we get lands below 5-10 in Karnataka Bidar, Gulbarga, etc and Andhra. But what about Telangana ? Only in Nizambad, Medak we are getting for 15-20 per acre. But where to get 5-10 per acre in Telangana
I skimmed through all old posts, but can't find anything solid. Few people are quoting Vikarabad, but I've seen the wilderness retreat, they have a common washrooms to be shared by all, food not so good. Anything more private, with good evening views or activities? Budget under 7k. Plan to stay the Saturday night and leave on Sunday morning.
