I just watched this video, and I was shocked! More than 11,000 flats are being constructed in Neopolis alone, and apart from these several ultra-luxury residential projects are coming up in Tellapur, Kollur, Nallagandla, and other areas too. Each of these flats costs at least 2-3 crores for just a 2BHK. Does Hyderabad even have enough demand for so many flats, or will West Hyderabad turn into another ghost city like in China, where the middle class can't afford these homes, and there aren't enough wealthy buyers to take them all?

NEO @ Neopolis.....Wow!!!! hats off to whoever named this project! The name perfectly captures the location and design. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final outcome!

Neopolis Updates (Google Earth latest): Rajapushpa Skyra has moved past excavation; footing work has just started.Nishada is shaping up to be the first official Neopolis project ready for handover.Excavation is in progress across upcoming launches:Sattva Lago, MSN Plot 6, APR Olympia, Brigade Phase 3, Godrej Neopolis Phase 3.Steady progress visible in GHR Cascades, Rise with 9, Brigade Gateway (commercial & residential), MSN One, etc.Prestige Clairemont & Sattva Lake Ridge are in advanced stages. Clairemont likely to be the second project going for Handover in Neopolis in few months.Not fully visible on maps, but MyHome Grava (residential & commercial) and MyHome 99 continue to move ahead at good pace.

Happy Ugadi guys, I am almost 26 and I don't know how to drive anything, and i think it's high time for me to learn. When I was young, I used to ride bicycle but without training wheels I used to have issues with balancing and all . I did think of skating shoes or Hoverboard, but hoverboard is expensive and for skating shoes I don't have a proper place to practise and neither do I live in a society with a nice road or something. I was thinking if I should learn to drive yulu bikes. They look really lightweight, electric, and that even a kid can ride them.. I am saying just from the looks of it. Anyone who uses them can you please share your experience here. Where can I find yulu bikes around Madhapur, I definitely don't have a driving license , can I still book them and learn to drive them ? And how easy it's to learn and where should I do it. Pleaseeee guide me.

Hi This is Purna i am living in UK since 9years I recently to came in this builder attention Globus and they got 2plots in neopolis hyderabad They also have huge land parcel in Tukkuguda and harshaguda area . Globus is new brand i think but the builder is also the part of Hallmark group I am thinking to invest in one of there project NEO or plot 19 they recently got in Dec auction Any inputs are suggestions from you guys . I have a friend who is family friend of builder where he can help me with pricing negotiations and all But I still feel to know about it Any inputs or suggestions will be appreciated

Both are coming on same price but one is PRE EMI. Please provide suggestions on what is best? what to verify before booking ? Builder track record? Rental and resale ? Lowest unit around 2300 vs 2340 . Have other option to stretch SSI FORTUNE GRANDE OR APAS? If required but not necessary. Please provide suggestions and recommendations. I will be grateful .
