I had visited the site with my family. Was interested in 2400 unit. Mr waheed received and talked to us with good hospitality but said no units available. Also I was disappointed as we were not allowed to visit the site and see the actual bare shell unit, we said okay and left and literally saw 2 families coming to office from site visit which we were denied. Also progress is very slow TS RERA site shows full details. December 2025 was initial handover date and now its 2026 comparatively progress is extremely slow. Also other frontline team who arrange office visits and attend phone calls are all unprofessional girls having no mannerisms to talk. They do not care about customer queries and concerns nor have proper project details

However, after a significant portion of the project cost has been collected, timelines are revised, and the earlier dates are described as target dates rather than official RERA commitments. Buyers Beware I would prefer you do your checks. The GHMC map of kokapet lake shows the buffer zone of 30 meters where no construction is allowed after full tank level is within Survey 90 where Westbrook is constructed also the road they say is behind the project doesn't show in the map just the compound wall of survey 90 is seen. There is a government sewage treatment plant with open air tanks next to the project seen in the picture highlighted in red in the map once the place gets populated the foul smell of treated sewage will blow into the apartments. Also the land in the front part of the Survey 90 is reserved for future high rise construction by landlord which will block the ventilation or light to the central area of the project

We are concerned about the delay in construction and the lack of communication regarding the project handover. At the time of purchase, we were assured that the handover would be completed by December 2025. However, there appears to be minimal progress, and we have not received any updated timelines. This lack of clarity is causing us to lose confidence in the builder day by day.

Very good builder.their master plan always inspire to invest with them.one should visit their project named Rainbow vistas @rock garden to c their 7acres of Central Park and two club house.Now a days their indoor sports complex is talk of the town. I be invested with them coz of quality work n amazing appreciation of investment.

Overall experience with Cybercity West Brook project has been good. A very centrally located property which not only is standing near the upcoming Kokapet SEZ but also is in full reach of Financial District as well as Hi Tech within 10 km drive. The demonstration provided and my buying experience were good. Hoping to see the project to complete in the given time frame. Suggestion: I would request Cybercity to work on Solar Power to make the project more eco friendly and use it effectively across the property.

Construction in progress. Near ORR. Tower is also still in progress.

The construction is delayed and there has been no communication from the team about the handover of the project. At the time of purchase, it was told to us that at any cost the handover would happen in Dec 2025, but there has been literally no progress and no timeline communication as to when the handover would actually happen.

Location is the advantage for this project , presentation given at site office is just excellent
