Amazing project and one of the only few creative, low density, ultra premium luxury project in the vicinity. Will look distinct apart from other plain looking buildings.

My experience with MyScape on the Songs of the Sun project has been excellent. The location in the heart of financial district offers a serene environment, 5-10 min to Google/Amazon IT giant and the design of the apartment is modern and elegant. The quality of construction is superb, and they used top-notch materials. I particularly enjoy the spacious floor plan alongwith large balconies and the peaceful surroundings. Their team was highly cooperative throughout the process and answered all my questions transparently. We are very happy with our new home.

Unique master plan at the right sizes. The design language is great as well with unique earthy tones. The unit plans can be slightly improved. The amenities as usual are great and are a standout feature. Good job Myscape and hope the end result is close to what's on the paper.

Myscape Songs of Sun - Financial District PROS === Prime Location & Connectivity to ORR: Walkable distance IT hubs and nearer to Hospitals making it ideal for end use and long-term capital appreciation. Reputable Builder & Maintains quality. Timely Handovers: Consistent delivery on project timelines. Choice : Perfect for long-term buyers or investors seeking proximity to IT corridors for steady rental income and end use in future. Liked faced of project and color changes on different shades of sun. CONS Less ceiling Height. One can expect at least 11 ft ceiling high for these premium projects in FD. Vehicle moment on ground level which makes discomfort for people. Flat doors are adjacent to each as per layout. Some people feel privacy issue. But i don't think it is a major concern to consider as corridor width about 10feet. The road leading to the project from ORR and ISB Road is currently a bit rough. From the ISB side, there is a steep downhill just at Myscape Courtyard, and from the ORR side, the there is an another steep downhill at Krinss Villas. Not sure if water logging occurs during rains, as these are CC roads with proper drainage. Conclusion  This project looks premium when visit model flat and it is a solid choice for end-users prioritizing closeness to IT hubs. Final NOTE : CRM could have been improved as per few customers. Hi all, I'm pretty interested in Myscape Palma. The Myscape road and the new road which they're claiming will be constructed, if done, will be very good location wise. I've looked at ASBL Loft and Broadway, Pacifica phase 2, few other projects in Tellapur in and around 2 Cr. However, would like to know your opinions or any cons that might be missing from my side w.r.t Myscape? I've seen that the builder reviews and other projects are good. Please share your thoughts.

I'm considering buying a 3BHK in SOTS and would love to hear people's thoughts on this project. I liked the overall layout. That said, a few concerns I've noticed: - Ceiling height — seems lower than ideal - Ground floor vehicle movement - No lobby between apartments — doors open directly opposite each other with no buffer space Has anyone here visited or invested in this project? Would appreciate any feedback.

I’m looking to purchase a 3 BHK apartment something 2300- 2400 sqft+ area size. I’m looking at FD or anything near that. I found MyScape Songs of sun really good but it has bigger sizes. Wanted to know your opinions if it is worth looking into it. Any suggestions, if you like to look into ?Can wait till 2027-28 for handover. Thank you!

How are the builders and what is a good price. They are quoting 9500 and 500 for amenities and infrastructure. 10,000. Also 25 persft per floor from 5th floor. Their loading is almost 40% (balcony 230sft) for a basic 2910 3bhk. 1700 change is the carpet. Any advise or alternate suggestions

All Good. But only concerns are Keeping ceiling heights 10ft which is bit low as compared to luxury apartments. It would have been great if they had 11ft or above ceiling height. I was more interested and price is slightly higher and flat sizes are 2900+. Should have been few flats starting from 2500
